Rollerblading is a popular sport that exercises a large amount of your body.


General Advice

To become good at rollerblading you need to enjoy it. Sometimes taking it up a level and engaging in a game such as rollerhockey can help as distracts your conscious mind.

Remove the break (if present), using it will only encourage poor habits that will make it harder to improve later on.


Exercises

The best way to improve at rollerblading is just to do as much as you can. And vary the terrain as much as possible. At first you are going to feel most comfortable on flat ground but move on to hills and get yourself out of that comfort zone as soon as possible.
